UK standard delivery is £3.95

International Orders do not qualify for free delivery. 

All postage will be calculated at the checkout stage.

How we process your order

We aim to deliver within 2-4 days of placing your order*

​​​Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

UK mainland orders received by 10am, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for standard delivery.

 

Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select post codes in specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery options. You will be notified of this at checkout.

 

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

 

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.

 

Gingham Florals does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to:

• exercise your right of cancellation; and

• address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

EVRI are our preferred delivery partners. If your parcel does not arrive, or the contents arrive damaged, we will offer a replacement. For a refund we will need to wait until after 7 working days have passed, in line with Evri’s delivery terms.

If you believe that your items are damaged you will need to provide photographic or video evidence and we reserve the right to determine the items condition now in your possession. We only accept damaged claims 24hrs after delivery of your order.
